Hi there,

Excellent site!

I used to be able to look up properties using the 12/year MPAC freebies with the roll numbers.  They change the site now and I can only look up addresses within my municipality.  Does anyone know any other ways to look up properties with roll numbers free of charge?  I appreciate any information.

Hi, there,

Thanks for posting the high bids.  I was there too.  There was this grown man kept talking on the phone while the bids were being announced.  It distracted other's attention.  I wish the city staff would said something to him.  Anyways, I agree that the bids in Toronto are too high.

Just want to say thank you to Frank, the administrator and the rest who took their time and explained different aspects of the tax sales.  I learnt a lot from this site.

To all the newbies: if no one replies your questions, they (your questions) might have been discussed before and it is really easy to find what you want to know by reading past postings.
