I agree with PFM and the rest where do you get a good lawyer.  I have recently had two bad experiences with two different lawyers The one problem was a right away over a piece of land to get to my parcel I ended up taking it to a second lawyer that I have used for years (but he didn't  close deals  out of his area) and he agreed to look at the deal for me as a favour to me believe it or not he didn't charge me, and we had to fix a few things on my deal  I think there are more bad then good they all take on too much work and never call you back just my opinion  unfortunately my Lawyer is now retired

just talked to the township and 14 thomas has been redeemed.  she also said there is one more that is going to be redeemed but couldn't say until it actually has. FYI

I  question the 156 Paradise lane Bid. I think it was a little high  It is zoned seasonal It does have a building but you will have to deal with the Moria river conservation on everything. I  would be curious to see what the new owner will do with the property The house was a good buy just my opinion

I Attended The house was redeemed

the land went for 61000 the second was around 55,00

there was a round allowance to the land I drove right to it but not sure how close the propert came to te unopen road
