Introduce Yourself / Hello gang!!!!

New to this site looking for a first house with my girlfriend but would like to get a decent deal everyhting in this city is getting jacked up and purchasing a first home is getting more and more difficult for the "average joe" can anyone steer me in the right direction for listings for forclosures etc....
