any one with comments on buying in the state of NY, I would like to purchase something that would be a quick flip and I have about 60k to get the job done.  No real experience in this, I just started looking around when this chunk of money fell into my lap.

anyone looking to go in on something together?  Any comments would be helpfull about the state of NY Preferably in new York city!

currently looking for new york listings im not sure if the list of "resolved" and "at risk" is what i should be looking at.

im do not understand how this works as far as finding where these proporties are, some info on what to do would be a ton of help.?
