Yes, I did.  In fact, it was my first time attending tax sale.  The property went for $251,000.00

I recently had a title search done - which came out OK.  However, on conducting execution search of the owner the following creditors are named:  Director Family Responsibility (child support) and The Law Society of Upper Canada.  Would these creditors  survive tax sale?

Hello, can someone please help me clarify what this means in  layman terms  on a title search I obtained for a property.

instrument type:   notice
amount:     blank
parties from:  Her majesty the Queen in right of Canada as represented by the minister of transport
remarks:  airport zoning regulations.

Should I be concerned?
