I attended the bid opening and there were 65 bids for the property with a winning bid of $100,001.00 (my bid was not even close
) . Reserve was about $11,000. Many bids below $25,000. Perhaps a dozen or so between 25-60K. Two bids above that ..one for 86K, and the winning bid for 100K.
I happened to sit close to the folks opening the bids..so that is how I managed to hear many of the amounts bid.
