thanks for the feedback it sounds like staying close to home might be a good idea til i get an idea of what is involved so maybe I will wait for something in the woodstock to london area to come up and then give this a try thanks again

how do you find out details ? do you call the municipality about a tax sale or do you hve to write them and then drive to see the property sorry if its a stupid question but im new to this site ive just done some research and it sounds like it would be  chance to by a property at a good price
