hey,I'm a real estate sales rep(they don't want us using agent anymore).
Priced correctly and you can easily sell a mold home.
There are buyers for just about everything out there.

Questions and Answers / HARD MONEY LENDERS

Does anyone know how i would go about getting a hard money lender,or all cash investor to go as a partner on some tax sales?
There are some  that are listed low but i know will sell in the 125 k mark,and i'm a little shy of that range right now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
