Land transfer tax is based on purchase price

.5% on first  $55,000
1% on portion between  $55,000-$250,000
1.5% on balance over $250,000

get a home inspector,you'll want to look for moisture and structural damage.
wiring may also be problematic.

Hello Driver. I'm mainly just snooping around right now,trying to learn everything possible,with the intention of bidding when something that looks good comes up,It"ll have to be cheap to start,as I've started a new career,and the paychecks are'nt coming in to steady right now.Congrats on the 5-plex,that's a great investment itself.
