I'm finding that it takes a little patience to find the results. As I find the websites that post the results, I'm adding them to my favorites for quick reference in the future, eventually I should have a decent database going. At this point I'm just trying to get a realistic idea of what a decent water access lot is going for, I've already realized that road access waterfront on useable lots is out of reach for now.
