Hi there,

We are going to look at the property in Gautheir but I do have a question.  The description says
surface right only but says nothing about timber rights.  How do I find out if we get the timber right as well or not?  I called the township and the lady didn't know about timber rights or how to find out about it.  Could you help us out please?

Thanks for the input Frank!! 
We are not into prospecting either.  We just want to have the property as an investment and hold onto it for a long time.
We are going to try to get up there to check it out in the next few weeks and see if it's worth it.  Thanks again for your time.

Hello all,

Can anyone help me out with the Township of Gauthier sales.  I'm not sure what these mining claims are and what exactly does that mean?
Good or bad idea to bid on these?  I tried the mining claim map but find it hard to understand.  Please give me a heads up on what to expect or how to go about finding out more info.
