Just a heads up Re Adelaide Rd in strathroy nice looking commercial property however years back there was a card lock fuel station not sure of the site condition DO YOUR HOMEWORK if interested

General / bank draft

just wondering if I am wrong or not, or if there is any precedent set that relates to the act .Rather than get a check certified at the bank I got a bank draft from the credit union (I know certified cheques from credit unions are rejected )as the act states by way of bank draft OR cheque certified by a bank or trust company. Long story short today I got my deposit back from Cochrane with a explanation that it had been rejected because the bank draft was from a credit union ,this is a mute point on this deal as was not a high bidder ,but am I wrong or the Town? Had I been high bidder my Lawyer would be handling this, in the future probably not worth the confusion

do not waste your time or money on the Millen st 6plex it will redeem as it is posted as a recent sale on the mls and is due to close before the tax sale date
