Newbie looking for something

Hi all,

I've been skulking the forum on and off for a number of weeks, curious as to the the opportunities tax sales properties could offer. I have gotten my heals dirty checking out a few of the latest sales including Quinte and Frontenac. This has sparked an increasing interest in continuing the pursuit for bargain opportunities. To date I  have found no better resource then many of the folks on this site. This being the case I figure that dues must be payed for all this advise. So hello, I would like to join, share and be engaging.

Many of my initial  questions have already been asked and answered in past threads and I thank the Administrator for keeping them available. I would confess to having many more but shall refrain from inundating you all in me first post. However, the area that most interests me is in information gathering. I don't believe you can have too much info when trying to make an informed purchase. As such I would ask two questions;
Pfm1011 posted a link to maps.simcoe.ca back on Nov 22, I thought it was a great map and was hoping there were similar resources available for other areas in Ontario.
The next has to do with comparing POLARIS with an OTS membership. Wondering about cost, bang for the buck, one over the other, that sort of thing.
