The property on the Nottawasaga River, doesn't have enough frontage for a building permit.

The property on Hwy. 26 looks wet at the front with bullrushes all along the road frontage. It also has High Voltage towers running along behind the property. Additionally, if somebody wanted a building permit, they'd need an entrance permit from the MTO and they would need to contend with the NVCA.
