I read it. But questions remain: what is that post on kijiji trying to sell/do? since it's an over a year old taxsale, why now?

I may be wrong, but it sounds like sour grapes and/or the Kijiji poster really wants this property. I didn't see it, but I understand that the property is perfect (apart from the zoning etc issues). It is the sort of property that may be worth taking a chance to spend 20 or 30k in legals.

Firstly I dont own this property but I know about it.  The owner has posted ads on kijiji to sell this land ranging in price from 59k to 450k
the person who posted the above kijiji response felt decieved (probably because of not being told about the zoning issue) After spending time energy money to find out it cant be built on he posted that response to warn others to stay away from it.   
I guess its understandable that the owner might be a little deceptive when trying to sell if hes desparate (and has overbid on other properties) but I think its best to be honest.
When I sell properties I disclose honestly about any issues it has.
