Then I would breaking the golden rule of never speak to owners or neighbors. In this case are saying that it is alright to break the golden rule? On this one you are not likely to have much competition from us unless one of us spots some hidden potential. In that case, all bets are off. I am not aware of any hidden potential but I haven't looked closely.

Then when he mesmerized by the so called UFO you can take the 24 (share with me)and that would be one cased solved.
