I believe that two of the houses were vacant and the other ones I am not sure...

the woodbine buy was a great deal.  the other two will be close to breakeven after reno costs.  As for the contaminated property  I heard from the city and other sources that the cleanup cost will be about 2.5 million, somebody didnt do their homework
