darm, 2nd place twice on two bids!    This is my 7th time in second place, am I the record holder?  If the winner of the buckhorn property is reading this he should contact me as I have an idea to save him $2500.

Don't feel picked on; I have placed second this year alone 4 times and one of the ones I won will probably cost me more in legals and surveying then my winning bid.  (When I was told yesterday that they were going to have to pull almost 200 year old records from the archives of Ontario to settle a boundary issue, you can imagine my feeling about my bill).  

Wait until you come up against my nemisis who is depicted in the photo,
then you will really feel victimized.    

It's almost as bad as betting for beers against Netpred.
