Is the one remaining havelock property worth bidding on? Being only.12 acres means you cant rebuild only renovate. Has anyone seen this supposed cottage thats on there?

I called the township and they told me the .88 got cancelled. so all thats left is the really small property that u cant build on . I cant even picture how small .12 acres is. I heard that there is a old cottage on it that is a tear down quality, but the township says you cant rebuild, so its hard to do a valueation on this. Im thinking of bidding blindly just for the fun of it. if anyone has info about it and isnt going to bid please share.

Worldjohn: I'm not sure of the dimensions of this lot but .12 acre is about 55' x 100' in size if it was rectangular. Problem is it could be much more long and narrow than that and might not conform to minimum sideline requirements.
