Buffalo Annual Sale Pre-registration

Has anyone looked into the annual tax sale in the city of Buffalo?  I believe its coming up soon.  For more information call the city at 716-851-5432

How are these sales conducted? There's not much info there on that whether they're auction or sealed bid or what.

Thanks for the correct link.

I believe you pre-signup paying a certain fee.  That gives you the right to bid on the properties.  I think it is an auction type of system from what I've read about it.
