So I was going to bid finally on some land, but am very scared now. The property is the riverfront in north Grenville. The zoning is EP, FEP AND RU. Judging by the supplied info from township it looks like you can't build.... How does one confirm you can or can't build on a vacant peice of land. Geowarehouse says 100 Vacant residential land not on water. I called the township planner 6 times and he has not called back. Is there any other way to confirm you can build before bidding?
Sorry Dave2 but I, and perhaps others, do not understand what the heck the Ontario Regulation destroyed - I for one do not even know what a "honey hole" is. A google search did not help since it could either be a valued resource that you lost, or according to Wikipedia, just a "muddy hole"
