Welcome back everybody.

Today we post the first new tax sale property in a few months.  It's in the Township of East Hawkesbury. 

Looking forward to seeing more properties start getting listed in the next few weeks.

Wow....looks like I didn't miss much while a took a break from Tax Sales.   Just finishing up on building a new cottage in Muskoka, and with no travel abroad the real estate market is on fire....all those Cidiots who want a break from COVID, and are flush with cash are driving up the prices of cottages as they need a bubble of their own.   Let me know if you are one of them and perhaps we can do a deal, bonus is we can be neighbours.
