Results are out for the Sudbury sale a couple of days ago.  Damn if there aren't at least two that I would have love to have won for the prices they went.  Specifically that house / old legion hall that went for 40K.  That's a steal if there are no unknown environmental issues.  I probably passed it up because minimum was 38k or somewhere around there and I figured it would at least go for double that.

However same sale I think I spotted where someone may have gotten screwed if they did not research.  Ad on ontariotaxsales.ca says there was a house on the property, Google ariel image used confirms it.  But if you go look at the street view and look back through the historical, it shows a house there up to around 2020, and then an empty lot after that.  Buyer beware, I guess...
