Ne guy here, how do I get or find more detailied infor on any ROLL NO.?? (example: Roll No. 44 53 020 012 01000 0000, Dee Bank Village Rd, Muskoka)

Try mpac.ca and 'my property'.  You'll need your own property roll # to access the area and can get information on your property and a few other properties for free, after thats used up, you gotta pay.

You will actually need more than your own roll number.  If you look at your last assessment notice from MPAC there is an access password at the top of page one.  You go to their site, put in your roll number and password (which they assign to your property), then you get to access 12 other properties (which could be anywhere in the province) and get info. on them.  The system was designed to give you info. on comparable properties - presumably in your neighbourhood - so that you could decide whether to appeal your assessment.  But it works well for bargain hunters as well.   

As Sasha points out you will have to pay if you want to see more properties, but hopefully you will have purchased another one by then and you 12 more, and the beat goes on.

If you received an assessment notice at the end of 2006, then you're already pre-registered and you may follow Frank's instructions.  If you did not receive an assessment notice or are having difficulty finding it etc... then call 1 866 296 MPAC(6722) and they will send you a username (your roll #) and a password via e-mail.  The phone line is toll free.

Your best source of information (but it will cost you) is geowarehouse (assuming you are looking in Ontario), at      http://www.geowarehouse.ca/
