Those lots in Greater Napanee do not have in the legal description granted the right of way over part 94 (like in Hastings Highlands it was a right of way over parts of lots 9 and 10). Would this mean that those lots do not have access to public road or it is implied that there is access?
Thank you for any answers

They have frontage on the street , but check with the city to see if the frontage is enough to build a house as I think it is 10 ft short

Checked with the city, they are OK with that, there are other provisions that apply.
Highest bid for each lot: 15,500. I really do not understand those bids, there is a lot on Dorland Dr. ( exactly the street where is one of the lots - 72), listed on MLS for $20,000. Why would you bid $15,000?
Second highest for lot 72 (on Dorland): $8,700.
Second highest for lot 12 (the one closest to the Bay): 9,801.00

why would you bid 15500 when they are on MLS for 20K??? Good question since they are still on MLS at 20k, not sold at 20K . Mind you 15k for a building lot anywhere is a joke and you cant really go wrong
