A question.  Does this email fit the parameters of the website or is it considered outside the scope?

Have no problem with resaling issues of taxsale properties.  My concern is whether we are generally open to real estate marketing that is not tax sale.

This section is called property for sale... and it states: "Post properties that are for sale in this forum."

This fits in with the guideline.  The guidelines are not too strict.

Why?

It doesn't link to a spammy site.  It links to MLS.

It offers properties for sale in North America that aren't time shares.

It doesn't try to hide the links with keywords to for search engine rankings


But of course too many links posted with reality for sale wouldn't be acceptable either.
