Vancouver Island Land - Nanaimo, BC - 1/2 Acre (.43)

Hi,

Recently moved to Vancouver Island, BC and purchased a nice sized lot (.43 Acres) in Nanaimo. We decided to purchase a house instead and now have this lot for sale:

Thought I would list the property here in case anybody is looking to move or retire to Vancouver Island. Nanaimo is the last affordable place to purchase real estate on the Island. Should be a good investment with the Olympics coming here in 2010 and should give B.C. good exposure.

Also can provide inforamtion to a good company that will ship a 40' container via train from Ontario - Vancouver for $4500 (you pack it). As well, can provide the least expensive lawyer on the Island that only charges $500 to close a sale.
