PROPERTY IN WEST NIPISSING

DOES ANYONE KNOW A WEBSITE THAT I CAN FIND OUT ABOUT PROPERTY IN WEST NIPISSING.  ALL i HAVE FOR THE PROPERTY IS A LEGAL DESCRIPTION.  I HAVE BEEN READING ON HERE PEOPLE DO ALL DIFFERENT THINGS ON THERE LAND THERE AND i AM NOT REALLY SURE EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE....HELP

So you have a description of a property from a tax sale list and you want to find out more information about it?  You could order a tax sale package from that municipality from the email address at the end of your listing for 6/7 dollars.  If you still are interested after that you could get a title search for $35.00.

Before you do any of this why not:
Visit http://maps.google.com to get road map and satellite photos of the property.  Just type in the address or scroll around until you find the property. 
Visit the property and see for yourself. 
Go to the West Nipissing website and see if they have any additional information.

First thing you do is look at the municipality that is listed and goggle it to get to their website.

Example: go to goggle.com and enter "CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF NORTH BAY", look through the results and find the website. Go to the main page and see if there is anything listed for tax sales (for North Bay I don't see anything).  Look at the advertisement from the Gazette and find the contact name, fin the email address by using the site search and email mail him/her asking for information on tax sale property, you might get luck and they will email you a package.

You can also email or phone the building and/or planing department and ask for information on the property, where is it, zoning, whether building permits are available, etc, they will be glad to answer your questions, I did this last week for another municipality and had them email me tax inquiries, zoning and lot plans that were not included in the package I paid for.
