It look like this property is right at the railway line. Am I missing something? This is a long drive for me to check it out so my guess is that this is one to avoid.

It not on the railway, its on 4th rd , google earth 45?37'7.90"N 74?39'27.65"W
Railways is 300 meters from closest part of land..
That said , It still doesnt look like its worth a drive..Hawksbury is not exactly a booming town

The line runs from Ottawa, thru the Vally, to North Bay. Just hold off a couple of months. I am submitting a subdivision plan up that way and want to avoid a "noise impact study"

to be more accurate, the line actually runs from Smith Falls to Sudbury
