foreclosuresearch.ca review scam site
This website has popped up and is selling Ontario BC and Alberta power of sale listings .
www.foreclosuresearch.ca
I spent the 7 dollars for the one week introduction just to see if foreclosuresearch.ca is a scam It looks like they came on line June 23
.
If you do not cancel they charge 49 a month. They claim to have 240 listings.
The site is a total scam and a complete waste of money . Do not use the site if you are looking for foreclosures in Ontario BC or Alberta
The listings are old POS listings and have been re-dated. Listings that sold 3 years ago are on there claiming to be 3 months old and still for sale. The very few current ones can be found for free on any of the POS lists that the realtors send out.
Do not waste your money as foreclosuresearch.ca is a complete scam and a ripoff. Since they are actually changing dates its probably criminal fraud but welcome to the net
Needless to say I cancelled my subscription to foreclosuresearch Canada within ten minutes
If you are looking for Alberta Foreclosure BC Foreclosure and Ontario Foreclosures POS lists or power of sales do not waste your money at foreclosuresearch.ca
NOTE :
Incase you are wondering why I used foreclosuresearch.ca so many times and ontario foreclosure and alberta foreclosure or BC foreclosure and ontario POS list alberta POS and Power of sale canada it is in case someone searches for foreclosure information or foreclosure lists or POS or foreclosure websites they will find this review and not be scammed by foreclosuresearch.ca or if they search for

When it comes to finding Ontario Foreclosures the best way to invest your money, a lot of people would probably go for Ontario Bank Foreclosures homes. These homes are usually at rock bottom prices which provide a perfect opportunity for a person to generate large income from it. This kind of opportunity is even made more accessible and easy to grab through the aid of Foreclosure lists or Ontario Foreclosure List .
Ontario Forclosure homes are those that are being repossessed by banks or lenders from borrowers that were not able to meet their mortgage obligations. These houses are usually priced below the market for banks to cope the fund that they have lost. A person can then purchase this house and resell it either immediately or consider more time for a much greater investment. Through the help of a Foreclosure List, a business minded individual can then choose the most appropriate house for him to invest his money with. He can either look for Ontario Bank Foreclosures homes that are just within his area or go for those that are considerably shining with great returns no matter where they are located.
Foreclosure Lists / Ontario Foreclosure List can also be very handy for those who are in search of fine homes but can't afford to keep up with the high prices that are dominating in today's foreclosure real estate. Homes for sale in the real estate often have soaring prices. Ontario Foreclosures Listings homes on the other hand are definitely much cheaper but with the same value to those in the open market. Another good thing about these homes is that their prices are still negotiable depending in the total repair cost that is required in the house. This means that the house can still go further down.
Ontario Foreclosures Lists can serve as an effective investment tool when used properly. One can reveal the true potential of a list when he is able to analyze all the details provided in the list. This includes comparing the prices as well as the overall physical status of the house. In some cases, pre-foreclosure listings houses are also included in the lists. These are houses that are still to be proclaimed for foreclosure but are immediately being put unto sale by the owner to save his credit ratings.
Clearly, there are a lot of great opportunities that can be found from this type of Foreclosure List. One only needs to look deeply within the list to realize its true potential. Even at these times that the whole global recession thing is still being continuously felt by a lot of individuals, one can see a great way of generating income by way of Ontario Foreclosure Homes.

I totally agree. foreclosuresearch.ca is a total scam. I signed up for their $7 trial membership. I contacted the listing agents for one of the properties listed on the website who told me the website is no good and the listing is not up to date. She said she gets phone calls from people about properties that were sold as long as a year ago. I went ahead to cancel my membership. Their website says there are two ways to cancel. One is by filling out a cancellation form and the other is by calling 1-888-829-5832 (that is only phone number you can find on the entire website). I filled out and submitted the cancellation form online and think that it is done and I probably get a confirmation e-mail in my inbox. (They did say that their response usually end up in junk or spam folder - I should have know right there that it is not a legit website.) Anyway, I find their response e-mail in the junk folder one day later, and the e-mail gives you a link to "initiate" the cancellation process. So they make you fill out all the information in a form to cancel and then they respond with an e-mail which gives you a link to "initiate" the cancellation process? ARe you kidding me? So I know something is not right about this website. It is not the right way to do business. Nevertheless, I followed the link to a webpage and filled out all the information again and clicked "next". Surprise! The next page says something about the upgrade is completed and still shows that I would be paying $47 monthly going forward. There is no option anywhere that says "cancel". So now I know for sure there is something bad going on here. I then decided to call the 1-888-829-5832 number. Guess what, it is always voicemail. I have tried to call no less than a dozen of times and every time I got voicemail. I have left 5-6 messages and still have not heard back from them yet. They have already charged my paypal account $47. Now I have to figure out how to get that money back plus need to close my Paypal account so I don't get charged anymore. foreclosuresearch.ca is a total scam. Don't ever sign up for the trial membership because there is no way to cancel. When I signed up, I tried using credit cards and it did not work. Only Paypal worked. Now I think I probably need to cancel the two credit cards whose numbers I tried to enter on that website. It is just a total headache. I saw the website advertised at this link torontoforeclosurelist.com/blog/foreclosed-homes-toronto-3/ and later I discovered it is a totally fake newspage. It uses CBC and CTV logos but anywhere you click on the page, you will be re-routed to foreclosuresearch.ca And the dates for the comments are all updated everyday so they appear recent. Stay away from this website!!! And if you are in consumer protection or law enforcement or anything related, look into this! There is a fraud/criminal case here!!!
