Tax Sale Rookie

I just wanted to say hi and thank everyone who has posted the great information on here.  I have read through much of it over the past couple of days and have learned a lot from doing so.  Hopefully I will be posting my own tax sale experiences in time (and will also be asking questions I'm sure).  In the meantime, I am a Realtor and mortgage agent and am willing to help answer any questions I can on those fronts.
