Gee you are being Santa Claus. Last time these guys had a tax sale was almost 7 years ago.  Wonder if they will have a big Tax sale party like April 2005 especially as I hear they got rid of their local gator.

We might even have to bring Rocco back to Stirling pond for entertainment.  (see photo).  

Nice to hear from you again; wondered if you had got marooned on Manitoulin Island.
