In case anyone didn't catch the news on the results board this past Monday,

CANCELLED - 2220 SOUTH ORR LAKE RD

why the township couldn't post that to the gazette as part of their listing (which Rob just downloads verbatim, as he should) ... argh

If you are interested in Springwater you should be aware that the 42 acre EP zoned lowland has sky high government liens that go to the high bidder. The amount that you would assume exceeds half a million for GST/HST and income tax, plus accumulated interest on all three liens. This is where the cost of a title search is well worth the price.
