Went by 67 park row north today. Looks like a nice neighbourhood. I was hoping to bid on this one, but despite having a new roof, it looks like there was some serious fire damage to this property. Smoke damage is visible on the siding just below the eves off the porch as well as around the windows and around the back door.

I was really hoping that this one would turn out, but who knows to what extent it has been burnt inside.
I'd love to bid on this one, but the risk, for me, is too great.
Perhaps the fire department would have info on the property, but I haven't looked into this.

I saw the before and after pictures (2008 and 2011) of this property and the roof was definitely changed and the outside drive updated. Not sure about fire damage since my novice eyes in a quick drive by did not notice anything!
