  Was glad to see a Newbie posting; as the new folk will see, posting have died off, from the regular members, so I'm happy to see new names, and would encourage everyone to post their questions on anything in, on, or about this board. You are guaranteed that the members bend over backwards to help inform the puzzled, as long as they are not shooting themselves in the financial foot in regard to an upcoming tax sale offering.
