Good morning every body
In my search of the mls listing, I founed Hamilton real estate a cheap one.I am trying to find a retail property there or mixed retail residential.
Is Hamilton a good place for business, when their tax sale is held(phone#),or is there any better place for business in ontario or elsewhere any advise ,thanks ?

It depends on the type of retail business you want to setup. For example a great place for a retail store would be in the Eaton's center downtown Toronto. A great place for a mining company maybe Sudbury. A great place for a car plant would be South Western Ontario. But those are simple answers. You really need to research the property you are looking at and see if the type of business you want to setup has a need in the area that isn't being filled, if the price of the real estate is worth it for the type of store you want to create and develop a timeline and business plan and see how the property fits in.
If you wanted to create a big supermarket in a city that can't support more than 2.. and 3 already exist.. perhaps it isn't a good investment but if you put up a smaller speciality store that offers products the big supermarkets won't (and of course the community has a demand for) it would be a great business investment.
Large cities, or small towns all have different needs and if you can find an area that has a demand that hasn't been met, that is where you should start your business.
