under and by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Superior Court of Justice at 80 Dundas Street, London, Ontario to me directed, against the real and personal property of 0476779 B.C. LTD., eric alan burton, doris inge giesbrecht, roger field and william grantmyre, Defendants, at the suit of morbank financial, Plaintiff, I have seized and taken in execution all the right, title, interest and equity of redemption of doris inge giesbrecht, one of the debtors in and to:
part lot 4, concession 3, western boundary, river thames survey, geographic township of harwich, designated as part 5 on reference plan 24r5472, t/w 580279, municipaility chatham-kent.
part lot 4, concession 3, western boundary, river thames survey, geographic township of harwich, as in 664113, subject to an easement as in 664113, municipality of chatham-kent.
the property is municipally known as 22500 creek road, chatham, ontario n7m 5j3. the property is a commercial , 0.84 acre property, previously known as a lumber yard, consisting of 3 large sheds with loading docks, full showroom with washroom, 2 bedroom apartment and a 4 bedroom home with double attached garage.
All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of doris inge giesbrecht, defendant in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at 425 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, Ontario on Thursday, the 19th of January, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in courtroom #102.
conditions:
The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s).
terms:
Deposit 10% of bid price or $1,000.00, whichever is greater
Payable at time of sale by successful bidder
To be applied to purchase price
Non-refundable
Ten business days from date of sale to arrange financing and pay balance in full at 425 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, Ontario.
All payments in cash or by certified cheque made payable to the Minister of Finance.
Deed Poll provided by Sheriff only upon satisfactory payment in full of purchase price.

this sale is subject to cancellation by the sheriff without further notice up to the time of sale.
