THE SALE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PROPERTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances.
