Beach lots for Sale by City of Hamilton

Not Tax Sale but city surplus sale.  Thought some of you guys might be interested.  Watch out as some of the lots are controlled by heritage designation and have not fun building rules and water setback rules.

A long time ago I used to lifeguard down there.   In those days properties came complete with beach bunnies.   
Unfortunately now my boss does not allow me to buy property with extras.   Maybe that is why some smarter
members wear dark glasses.

Adam....do you have any specifics on which lots are currently for sale?

I think it is too late now.  They must have gone really quick.  There is a list on the side of stating "Properties recently leased or sold" including the beach lots. :-(
