I went to look at these properties and am willing to share info, had a hard time finding item #8, the last listing, I was wondering if anyone else found it?

I must have driven right bye it because I checked the lot and house in Tichborne and went up Wagerville Rd that way to go up to the other properties, I didn't look at it because it was to small to put anything on and the taxes owed versus the assessed value.
I remember going through Parham, it is a very small town, I think there is a ski doo club building close to the lot. In Parham there is a ATV/snowmobile line (Think the K&P Trail) running right through the town.
Unfortunately my co-pilot was asleep and after I had drove by it I thought I should have looked at it.

File No. 12986-48 is pretty small & needs MTO permit to create road access.
File NO. 12986-52 is 0.25 Ac with house on property, not to my liking with well & septic on small lot.
File No. 12986-92 is very small (0.29 Ac) & requires rezoning
File No. 12986-93 is 0.25 Ac with gas pumps & tanks, and a $40k mimimum.
File No. 12986-94 is attractive, 17 Ac, rezoning might allow to sever off 2 res lots, but will need MTO permit for road access for them. It may be possible to sever more lots with permission.
File No. 12986-95 is too rich for me.
File No. 12986-96 I'm told is too small to build on.
File No. 12986-98 might be a good buy, but is somewhat remote, may take time to sell.

Ernestbidder, you bang on with your assessments, I could not find the one on Bordenwood, is it the white house with the garage on the other side of the street?

I don't know, as didn't go out at all, but googlemap shows it almost at end of road (or at end of world). Info indicates: "Bordenwood Road: Number Not Assigned. In the area of # 3056 and # 3074; Single Family house, two sheds" so have no more info, but 3056 and 3074 are both even numbers, so are on same side, don't have any info to indicate this property has land on both sides of street. It could be good buy at right price; I really like the 17 Ac, but my plate is full at the moment.

I was there, the white house is 3074 and there is a house at 3056 nut nothing in between, I was thinking of bidding but it is pretty far down a dirt road, if it was on the other side you could at least maybe get to Kennebec Lake maybe through your back yard. I think the lot is 2 1/2 acres.
I am a little afraid of bidding on the wrong property. also 3074 looks like it still has some residents, the hydro is still hooked up. I'm not sure if I am into a fight.

Just talked to Judy Gray @ Central Frontenac; she says its a white house with part of a truck cab in front of it; it could be #3074, as the house owner never verified the civic address; there is a pic of the house in the bid pkg, which is $10. good luck. Anyone bidding on the 17 acres, don't forget it had gasoline sales there, but, also, don't let if freak you out, as, sometimes, this is not the problem you might think it is.
