Hello Gentelmen,  I have been watching this board for about a year now and finally registered.  Thought  some of you maybe interested to know that Milton 9.9 acres lot went for $25,004.00 

Also anyone have any info on the St Clair conservation authority flood plain policy that states no building may be erected on a flood fringe property below an elevation of 181.66m   My second tax sale purchase was of a vacant lot in Dresden last fall and it seems I did not do all my homework because the lot is about 1 meter below this elevation.( I hired a surveyor to do elevation readings)   Seems since the property is surounded by other lots with homes on them there should be away around this,  Any idea's or experiences dealing with these conservation folks
