[Great prospect]

 Can anyone let me know how to go about buying property through tax sales.  I am a complete newbie, so step by step instructions would help.  I have been reading the topics and have picked up some ideas.  I would like to look at properties towards the fort erie/ stateside area.  Any help appreciated.  Bernadette
