i live in the states and am new to this.  I work in foreclosures in the US and am wondering if it is the same in Ontario.  I am looking to buy a small house/cabin with a few acres within 100 miles of the US/Minn border and have found some of these.  If anyone would be help me I would appreciate it. 

I see a listing in the Rainy River area as well as Sioux Lookout and am wondering who to contact in regards to information?  I would like to know where the property is speicifically, what is on it, is it occupied and anything else appicable.  Thanks.
