Muskoka Lake of Bays $29,000 question

Does anyone have any information, on who mentioned a small property, one house away from Muskoka Lake of Bays for $29,000, but appraised at $39,000, for sale. There was a marina one minute drive away plus I think there was a cabin on the property with stream somewhere behind. I cannot seem to find this message again, and am curious for more info regarding who to talk to about this property.    gavinh64@hotmail.com
