hi, i'm new to the tax sale and i'm intersted in the property on Jeffrey Dr, so i have some questions that i need some help with. how can i find any outstanding mortgages for this property? ( do i do Execution Search and Title Search). and what do you think about this property is it good for a first time buyer. Thanks for any help

Yes you have to do a title and execution search. On that one you can get alot of clues from the quinte website , download the package and note the suit by the Family responsibilty dept.  I have no idea if that counts as a crown lien as it is a crown agency who job is to get child support from non payers. You will need some advice on that if you dont know.

 Is this a good one for first timer...thats your call. You have to do the math and think what you will do with the property if you get it. Also I believe the owner is still in so you have to deal with him. One thing to consider is land value and rents are junk out that way.
