Didn't attend the Bid but got information on the two larger Properties:

a) One larger one was redeemed (former logging camp site)

b) Former Farm Property in Haggart Township: less then 10 bids total

Highest Bid:   $18,400 approximately
2nd Highest:  $11,900
3rd Highest:   $10,100
Assessed Value:  $10,000 and change

Market value was felt to be around:  $14,000. 

Town official handling bids was really surprised at higher bid.
