For the first time in awhile, we have a few Toronto properties.  From the amount of email I get about properties in Toronto from new members that interest many of you.  Before diving in on any of these properties:

If this is your first tax sale property purchase be warned:

Stay away from the Weston Road property.

890 Broadview Ave is a little piece of land that is landlocked.  Great if you own the property beside it and can merge them.




42 Allanbrooke Drive looks interesting.  I'll include a google map photo.
