To all:

Just a heads up that there is an execution in favour of the Ministry of Finance of Ontario against the property for $144,000.  This will survive the tax sale.  Certainly they will scoop any excess over the tax sale amount. 
Anyone got a perspective on whether they will also likely also seize the property from the new owner.  (I believe they have the legal right)

Winning bid $16,000 from some unfortunate who did not do a search.

Question for Frank et al: 

Any opinion as to if Ministry ever enforces these claims.   I don't want to risk $15,000 - $20,000 to be a test subject but other then claim this was an okay property.
