Has anyone had a chance to check out the Tiny property, I've been busy and have not had a chance to make it there, however I am thinking of checking it out, anything interesting? Am I wasting my time?

For whoever may be interested, the property was for sale in 2005 for 90K, no buyers wanted to even come close to it. there is a well and septic issue on the property that has not been resolved and may not be resolved. . To much risk involved with this one for me!, yikes! good luck

Not sure where you came across the info on the septic problems on this property,( I would love to know where you found that because I could not find it).  The Septic guy at the Town only works 4 hours a week and not overly helpful or quick, but what I did find looked like a newer updated septic could be installed along with a structure covering about 2000 sq ft of lot.  The bigger issue for anyone considering bidding this one, be aware there is a 50k lien on the property from the Family Responsibility Office.  ( yes that is a crown lien)  I was considering a bid but not with the FRO lien.  That explains why they never bothered to sell before it went into arrears, because the money from the sale would of gone to the kids  ( image that, letting it go instead of selling it and paying your obligations to your own kids).
