I know that you disagree with my softty approach but there are other ways as well. Just bring a couple of friends to the meeting. Quote from a local looking for space. Its even in your back yard. PM me for details.
"My name is ______ and I am a local Strongman competitor that competes all across Ontario. My team and I are looking for some warehouse/storage type location to keep all of our equipment and train indoors. It does not have to be a pretty location. I REPEAT....IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE PRETTY!!! All we need is approx. 1000-2000 sq. ft. with access to a parking lot. A roof, walls and a lock on the door is all we need. We require no heat!! If it's rough, we'll train in there!!
In return I can offer great advertising opportunities with local media and on my website! Or if you have any other ideas to barter with let me know! If you have a cheap or free 'lair' for us to train in...message me please!
Move in immediately!
We pull firetrucks, lift big stones, press logs, lift cars etc. etc.
PLEASE HELP YOUR LOCAL STRONGMAN!!!"
Gee sounds like a great group to rent in my marble quarry if only I had been smart enough to buy it.
On another note guys remember I am looking for my corvette ride.
Good Luck to all.

If you get it for $250 please go ahead. I had to spend $950.00 because City will not register a deed without a Lawyer and that is only because it is done electronically. I paid the balance within a week to the City but tried for two month not to pay the lawyers fee. Unfortunately most lawyer is not familiar with Tax sale. I talked to the lawyer referral service and tried few lawers and all of them had truly no clear understanding of what is Tax sale and you don't need to do the processes what is required for a regular real-estate transaction. My recent experience(6 weeks)is there is no way out without paying for the lawyer due to electronic registration.
